Your final review should cover all of these! It should outline the ways in which the manuscript meets (or deviates from) the journal’s guidelines, contain enough detail so the editor can make a clear decision, and most importantly, it should clearly state all the necessary changes that would make the manuscript acceptable for publication using actionable requests.
