Abstract

We demonstrate a low-cost tuneable slotted Fabry-Pérot laser with a tuning range of 18nm integrated with a modulator capable of 10Gb/s bitrate, wavelength-stabilised using a wavelength monitor with a sensitivity of 1.3GHz.
