Abstract

Defluorination, is needed in teflon surface modification, is generally performed with sodium[1] or lithium[2] solution to form a carbon layer; the adhesion of the surface is imporved by the chemical composition changing. However, the method, cause the surface morphology changing, is very difficult for the selective modification with micron size.
