Abstract

A dual-comb asynchronous electro-optic sampling (DC-AEOS) system is built for characterizing the response of high-speed optoelectronic devices. Utilizing DC-AEOS, a 40 GHz photodiode is characterized with short acquisition time, and high signal-to-noise ratio.
