Abstract

Long-wavelength quantum-well (QW) lasers with phase-conjugate feedback (PCF) is one of the best physical system for studying nonlinear dynamics and is of importance for applications in telecommunications. PCF provides a wide variety of dynamic laser regimes from stabilization and extreme line narrowing to oscillations, instability and chaos.
