Abstract

SOPRA is developing in the frame of EUREKA program EU205, XeCl Laser "VEL" for specific applications.1-5 The data of VEL 1 K are 10 J per pulse at 308 nm with duration of typically 150 ns FWHM and with a pulse repetition rate up to 100 Hz. This laser has been developed in order to treat large surfaces.
