Abstract

Long-term stable single-frequency emission from the green to the mid-IR is achieved with a singly-resonant OPO with external resonant idler SHG. It exhibits up to 500 mW output, up to 38 GHz continuous frequency tuning, and < 50 kHz signal linewidth.
