Abstract

Optical parametric oscillators (OPOs) are attractive tools for high-resolution spectroscopy because of their tunability, stability, narrow linewidth and efficiency. Doubly resonant OPOs (DROs) in particular offer low threshold operation with large continuous tuning ranges, typically tens of gigahertz.1
