Abstract

CMOS technology is an important platform for interfacing with optoelectronic devices1,2 Application specific integrated circuit: (ASICs) based on CMOS can perform a varieti of signal processing tasks and act as an efficient interface between optoelectronic chips and the more traditional electronic circuits.
