Enhanced efficiency of graphene/GaAs nanowire solar cell by chemical doping

Abstract

Here, we demonstrate that chemical doping is of crucial importance to reach high efficiencies of the graphene/single GaAs nanowire solar cells, and presents a high efficiency of 15.88%.
