GaAs nanowire/PEDOT:PSS Hybrid Solar Cells

Abstract

A new type of hybrid solar cells based on a heterojunction between PEDOT:PSS and vertically aligned n type GaAs nanowire arrays is investigated. Such solar cells exhibit a power conversion efficiency of 3.46 %.
