Er-doped random fiber laser based on the injection locking technology

Abstract

We demonstrate for the first time the stabilization and regulation of a coherent random lasing system, i.e., an Erbium doped random fiber laser with disordered array of fiber Bragg gratings (FBGs) based on the injection locking technology. The proposed method is also applicable to general disordered systems, providing an efficient way to control or select light emission in these systems.
