Air Pressure Effect on the Temperature Characteristic of a Polarization-Maintaining Photonic Crystal Fiber

Abstract

We investigate the temperature property of a polarization-maintaining photonic crystal fiber based Sagnac interferometer. The temperature induced air pressure effect inside air holes of the fiber has been studied, from room temperature to 200 °C.
