Staging breast cancer metastases with multi-resolution 3D pathology of whole lymph nodes

Abstract

We report a comprehensive multi-resolution 3D pathology workflow for staging breast cancer metastases with open-top light-sheet microscopy. We showcase an image atlas of whole axillary lymph nodes and demonstrate lymph node staging with 3D pathology.
