PARP-1 expression in melanocytic lesions: towards PARPi-FL based molecular diagnosis of melanoma

Abstract

Towards early melanoma diagnosis using a poly-ADP-ribose polymerase1 (PARP1)-targeted fluorophore, we evaluated PARP1 expression in benign and malignant lesions. Higher PARP1 expression in malignant lesions confirms clinical utility of the approach.
