Extraction of optical properties of turbid media using the Swept Source Optical Coherence Tomography (SSOCT) and Principle Component Analysis (PCA)

Abstract

We present a method to extract spectroscopic properties of turbid media using principle component analysis (PCA) method and swept source optical coherence tomography (SSOCT). These results are well comparable with the standard photo spectrometer technique.
