Fluorescence optical imaging in turbid media using independent component analysis

Abstract

An information theory approach for optical imaging of fluorescent inhomogeneities within turbid media using independent component analysis is outlined. Results for localization and characterization of fluorescent objects in turbid media from experiments are presented.
