Abstract

The effect of chirp on the supercontinuum generation in liquid filled photonic crystal fiber with two zero dispersion wavelengths is investigated. The chloroform which represent the liquid is the highlight of this work. It is found that the effect of chirp has a stronger impact on the nonlinear pulse propagation in liquid filled photonic crystal fiber than that of the solid core photonic crystal fiber.
