Impact of chirp on spectral recoil of solitons in a defect-core photonic crystal fiber with two zero-dispersion wavelengths

Abstract

Increasing input chirp decelerates (accelerates) the spectral recoiling process across a negative dispersion slope for pulses experiencing normal (anomalous) dispersion. A realistic defect-core photonic crystal fiber is proposed to realize this phenomenon.
