Abstract

We demonstrate an all optical shift register using a single reflective Symmetric-Self Electro-optic Effect (S-SEED) device array. The spacemultiplexing interconnection techniques used are extensible to large arrays of devices. The cascaded devices are all resident on the same array and are driven at relatively low power levels by laser diodes.
