Abstract

Based on the technology of nano optical manipulation, we have developed principles for the light-induced acceleration of molecular recognition and macroscopic optical assembling. In this talk, I will introduce our recent achievements on the rapid highly-sensitive detection of DNA, proteins and bacteria. Our challenge will pave the way to the optical control of various biochemical reactions, and will contribute to the next generation biophotonics.
