Unconventional fluorophores for super-resolution microscopy

Abstract

We explore the use of fluorogenic amyloid probes in two super-resolution methods. A spatial resolution of 45–70 nm, low image background and long term imaging can be achieved, expanding the toolbox of super-resolution labels.
