Infrared Optical Characterization of Superconducting Films

Abstract

The discovery of high temperature superconducting materials has opened up a wide range of opportunities for novel applications of superconductivity. The use of these materials in optical applications requires knowledge of scattering characteristics, optical constants, and feasibility of layering with other optical materials for device structures.
