Complex Micro-Optics by Femtosecond Direct Laser Writing

Abstract

We present different examples of complex micro-optical components 3D-printed by femtosecond direct laser writing. The devices include multi-lens objectives, concentrator optics, and multi-aperture systems. Optical functionality as well as fabrication limitations are discussed.
