Abstract

This paper describes strategies to modulate and simulate for given optical designs optimum sets of optical fabrication technologies (OFT) to be applied along fabrication chains. That way, cost impact analysis during optical design stage are enabled enabling designs that are optimized for minimum fabrication cost and risk.
