Coherent Free-Space Optical Communication Using Electronic Wavefront Correction

Mitigation of wavefront distortion due to atmospheric turbulence using coherent detection and digital signal processing will be presented. The advantages of this electronic wavefront correction technique over adaptive optics will be described. Article not available.
