Optical Two-Dimensional Fourier Transform Spectroscopy of Semiconductors

Abstract

Optical two-dimensional Fourier transform spectroscopy is used to study excitonic resonances in semiconductor nanostructures. The spectra show the dominance of many-body contributions. Two-quantum coherences are observed due to both biexcitons and many-body states.
