Abstract

Quantum beats spectroscopy is an evolving experimental technique for the determination of dephasing rates and small energy splitting.[1,2] In this paper we report on a new kind of absorption quantum beats between excitons and bi-excitons, observed when oppositely handed circular polarizations for the pump and probe are used.
