Abstract

The copper bromide vapor laser (CBVL) is a new version of the copper vapor laser (CVL). This laser generates simultaneously on two wavelenghts: λg = 510.6 nm; λy = 578.2 nm. The wide application of the CBVL can be further enhanced by the efficient extension of its wavelength capabilities. Our investigations were aimed at practical methods for CBVL frequency conversion.
