Development of implantable SERS sensor based on silk optical fiber

Abstract

Based on the advantages of biocompatibility, we successfully developed the silk optical fiber by combining a flexible silk fiber with gold nanoparticles. We investigated the SERS detection performance in terms of sensitivity, detection limit, and linearity.
