SERS based sandwich immunosensing with plasmonically active plastic optical fiber sensor probes

Abstract

In this study, gold nanoparticles and thin film coated U-bent fiber optic probes were compared for SERS based immunobiosensing using direct and sandwich assays with the help of Raman labeled gold nanoparticles conjugated with antibodies.
