Microwave-tunable Diode Effect in Asymmetric SQUIDs

Abstract

We theoretically study the Josephson diode effect in an asymmetric topological superconducting quantum interference device. We show how tuning properties of the device and irradiating the device with microwaves can control diode efficiency and polarity.
