Abstract

Laser induced breakdown means the number of ionized molecules exceed 0.4% of total molecules. In this paper we have used fifth theory called quantum photonics for explaining photon-electron interactions to estimate plasma shielding and multi photon ionization (MPI) and predict in theory ionization threshold for water substance.
