Abstract
We analyze the potential of nanoantennas to enhance and control emission of entangled photon pairs from epitaxially grown quantum dot s (InAs/InP). Suitably designed combination of metallic and dielectric components leads to improved emission directivity at a considerable level of fidelity of emitted states with respect to the target perfectly entangled states.
