Hyperspectral Multiphoton Microscopy: Demonstration of 48-channel Imaging In Vivo

Not Accessible

Your library or personal account may give you access

Abstract

We constructed a hyperspectral multiphoton microscope that records 48 channels of excitation/emission spectral data per pixel, while remaining insensitive to optical scattering. We demonstrate imaging of multiple spectrally overlapping fluorophores in mouse cortex, in vivo.
