Hyperspectral Imaging of Thick Tissues based on Optical Sectioning Microscopy

Abstract

An optical sectioning microscopic system was introduced for wide-field hyperspectral microscopy to improve the axial resolution in thick tissues applications. Within thick turbid specimens such as an intact leaf, such technique was successfully demonstrated.
