Abstract
Laser processing has strong assets to control the colors of plasmonic metasurfaces over large areas. This flexible and cost-effective technology enables the printing of high-resolution color images suitable for the naked eye observation. Despite the disorder that characterizes the size and spatial distribution of metallic nano-objects produced by laser processing, the resulting colors are quite reproducible.
