Abstract

Solid state low-dimensional structures on the base of the ultrathin HTC epifilms are attracting a lot of attention because of their potentional applications. Optical second harmonic generation (SHG) is known to be a promissing probe of structural, electronic, magnetic etc. properties of low-dimensional structures [1,2]. At the same time, the correlation between the superconducting behaviour and nonlinear-optical properties of the HTC low-dimensional structures has not been studied yet.
