Abstract

Theee-level spectroscopy (TLS) with bichromatic fields in cascade, Λ- and V-transitions has been investigated for over 20 years and has recently received renewed interest in the context of electro-magnetically induced transparency,1 lasing without inversion,2 and phase noise quenching.3
