Abstract
We report the experimental demonstration of surface phonon-polaritonic devices in a broad spectral range of 7-13 THz based on SrTiO3. We designed planar ultrafast concentrators that amplifies transient electric field by 6 times and measured an average field of 0.5 GV/m in an optically resolvable area in the far field.
