Phonon-polariton Based THz Spectroscopy

Abstract

We demonstrate a THz spectrometer based on grating interferometric measurement of phonon-polariton propagation before and after interaction with a sample. The temperature dependent dielectric response of the relaxor ferroelectric KTN was measured.
