Electro-optic frequency-comb generation in monolithically integrated, low-loss barium titanate waveguides

Abstract

We present a monolithically integrated, low-loss photonic platform based on all-bariumtitanate ridge waveguides. The platform is used to demonstrate the first on-chip generation of electro-optic frequency combs in barium titanate.
