Abstract

We demonstrate an efficient v oltage c ontrol o f t he p olarization i n Spintronic Terahertz Emitters, by combining a spin pumping multilayer with strong magnetic anisotropy and magnetoelastic properties, and a piezoelectric substrate to obtain a reversible 70° THz polarization rotation by sweeping the applied voltage on the substrate over 400V.
