Silicon Optical Phased Array with High Sidelobe Suppression on Both Horizontal and Vertical Directions

Abstract

We experimentally demonstrated an integrated 120-channel silicon optical phased array with Gaussian power distribution on both horizontal and vertical directions to achieve high sidelobe suppression ratios (15 dB and 25 dB, respectively).
