Abstract
In this work, frequency-to-space mapping principle is exploited to demonstrate the simultaneous localization of multiple wireless nodes in 2D angular space in a single-shot fashion. This is achieved through on-chip, dual-port, frequency dispersive leaky-wave antennas operating in the frequency range of 360-400 GHz. The on-chip transceiver is fabricated on industry standard 65 nm CMOS process. We demonstrate 2D localization of wireless nodes with an accuracy of 1.95° at a resolution bandwidth of 20 Hz using cross-correlation based technique.
