Diode pumped LiLa1−xNdx(MoO4)2 and Nd:Bi4Ge3O12 lasers

Abstract

The number of attractive laser properties of the uniaxial LiLa1−xNdx(MoO4)2 (Nd:LLM) and cubic structure Nd:Bi4Ge3O12 (Nd:BGO) crystals were demonstrated before at flash lamp pumping [1]. The main purposes of our investigations were the growth of these optically perfect high concentrated Nd3+ doped crystals and study of their lasing characteristics at CW diode pumping.
