Abstract

Two-wave mixing (TWM) in photorefractive crystals has been widely studied in the last decade and many potential applications have been demonstrated. As a rule, narrowband lasers with large coherence length have been utilised. To our knowledge, in the literature there is practically no data on the performance of TWM when lasers with spectral width of several nm or more are used.
