Abstract
It is known, that the dichromated gelatine is suitable and often used for optical recording the holographic gratings. Here we propose for the first time to employ for this purpose the dye doped jelly-like gelatine without activation by dichromate of ammonium and without any subsequent chemical processing. Such medium allows to record stationary 3-dimentional gratings with high spatial resolution which provides efficient steady-state distributed feedback (DFB) in a dye laser.
