Abstract

Phase coupling of laser array is capable to supply high coherent power with diffraction limited beams. Generally the far field pattern of such phase coupled arrays are made of several intensity peaks, the number and intensity of which depend on the geometrical design of the array. We could define the ratio (R) as the energy in the central lobe on the total energy emitted by the array.
