Femtosecond Yb:KGW Regenerative Amplifier for Industrial Application

Abstract

We are developing an Yb:KGW regenerative amplifier for industrial applications. A mode-locked Yb:KYW laser with the pulse duration of 113 fs has been developed as a seed laser. The amplified output of regenerative amplifier has been achieved to 1.1 W at the repetition rate of 10 kHz.
